Turning 40 made time feel expensive. Not in a scary way. In a holy shit, this is my actual life kind of way. 😅 I realized how many years I’d spent believing some future version of my life would finally give me permission to exhale. More money. More security. A different body. More confidence. The right circumstances. Then I could really enjoy my life. Except perfect never showed up. And at 40, I realized the cost of continuing to wait was simply too high: I was paying for someday with TODAY. So I’m trying something different. I still want more. I still dream BIG. I still love gorgeous clothes, fabulous hotels and beautiful things. 😍🥰 But I refuse to make today the waiting room. I want to wear the damn thing. Be in the picture. Belly laugh. Take up space. Let myself be known. Dress the body I have. Love what’s here while building what’s next. Because maybe abundance isn’t having everything.
